means of correspondence.

We ONLY use your data to validate your identity and to communicate directly with you.
We do not sell your data to any 3rd party.
We do not provide your data to any 3rd party, except in the circumstance where a 3rd party may be used to restrict access to club members and only on the basis that the data provided is strictly necessary to identify you.

How can I have my data deleted or consult what data you hold of me?
If you wish to quit your club membership and have your data deleted, send us an email to mountainbass.ad@gmail.com and we will notify you once these actions have been completed. If you
wish to know what data we hold relating to you, email us and we will provide this anytime at your request.
